As Technical Director - Real Estate (m/f/x) , you serve as the primary expert and guiding voice for the technical integrity and development of our portfolio. You ensure the seamless technical operation of our premium portfolio while providing the expertise necessary to steer acquisitions and modernizations in line with our high quality standards.

Your mission
- Technical Due Diligence: You manage the technical due diligence of new real estate objects (new construction and existing AUM’s) regarding building fabric, renovation needs, and technical facilities, providing the basis for acquisition decisions.
- Project Management & Site Inspections: You plan and supervise conversion, renovation, and maintenance measures, ensuring that deadlines, costs, and MYNE quality standards are met.
- Interface Management: You act as the link between our founders, the investment team, and external stakeholders such as architects, specialist planners, and general contractors.
- Strategic Maintenance: You develop concepts for technical facility management and the long-term preservation of property value.
- Budget Responsibility: You create cost estimates and control the budgets for all technical measures within the portfolio.
Your profile
- Educational Background: A successfully completed degree in civil engineering, architecture, or a comparable technical qualification with a strong focus on real estate.
- Relevant Experience: Extensive professional experience in construction management, technical project management, or technical asset management – ideally in the field of high-end residential real estate.
- Technical Know-how: You understand the "building substance" in detail – from structural engineering to building services (MEP) and energy-efficient renovations.
- Hands-on Mentality & Management: You enjoy working hands-on yourself, while simultaneously being able to confidently lead external partners.
- Language Skills: You speak fluent German and English ; further language skills, e.g., Spanish, Italian, or French, are an advantage.
- You possess a valid driver’s license (Class B) and are flexible enough to travel regularly to different European countries.
