WHITEvoid is an art and design studio. Our work spans a wide range of innovative projects worldwide — from architecture and interior design to light installations, interactive exhibitions, and custom software solutions. We create unique, ambitious, and highly complex concepts for clubs, exhibitions, events, shows, and much more.

Our in-house brand KINETIC LIGHTS is a leading specialist in kinetic lighting. For more than fifteen years, our installations and products have received international recognition and awards for innovation and design.
Tasks
* Support projects from planning through implementation to execution in close collaboration with cross-functional teams inhouse and for clients
* Create and review technical drawings (Vectorworks / CAD) as a planning basis
* Plan and coordinate power and data distribution systems
* Develop and oversee rigging concepts, including trussing, motors, and chain hoists
* Coordinate internal technical trades as well as service providers and external partners
* Advise internal stakeholders and clients on technical possibilities and solutions
* Ensure clear documentation of technical specifications and timelines
* Ensure compliance with internal and statutory safety regulations
* Identify and resolve technical challenges (problem management) throughout all project phases
Requirements
* At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in event production, technical planning and project management
* Background in event technology or a comparable technical field
* A completed qualification as a Master of Event Technology (Meister für Veranstaltungstechnik) or a comparable degree
* Strong knowledge of:
* Vectorworks / CAD tools (technical drawings and 3D planning)
* Power and data distribution systems
* Rigging, trussing, and motorized systems (e.g. chain hoists)
* Good understanding of complex technical systems, lighting control (e.g. GrandMA), and basic audio knowledge
* Experience working with different fixture types, integrated technologies, and networks
* Experience in international projects or productions
* Familiarity with relevant regulations and safety standards (e.g. BGV C1, VStättVO, etc.) is a plus
* Strong organizational and documentation skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
* Hands-on mindset and willingness to support on-site
* Strong problem-solving skills and a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach
* Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
* Very good English skills (German is a plus, but not mandatory)
* Willingness to travel depending on project requirements
