Venture & Innovation Analyst (m/f/d)

• Research and evaluate emerging technologies to improve operational efficiency and client experience
• Analyze market trends and internal data to provide actionable insights for innovation strategies
• Support project execution by coordinating tasks, tracking timelines, and ensuring deliverables meet objectives
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and KPIs and prepare reporting for stakeholders
• Collaborate with IT, operations, marketing to identify and support strategic opportunities
• Support ATechX Accelerator Program

• Degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Data Science, Engineering, or related fields
• Strong analytical and research skills; ability to interpret data and trends
• Strong understanding of digital transformation in real estate operations
• Experience in project management
• Excellent communication skills in English, German is a plus
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work across teams and stakeholders
