am Standort Berlin (Nähe Park Gleisdreieck) suchen wir einen Werkstudierenden (all genders) für 15-20h/Woche . Du unterstützt uns bei der Optimierung von Vertriebsstrategien, Datenanalysen und dem Einsatz von KI-Tools in einem globalen Pharmaunternehmen.

Deine Aufgaben

Analyse von Vertriebs- und Marktdaten, Erstellung von Reports & Dashboards
Einsatz und Evaluierung von LLM-Tools (z. B. ChatGPT, Copilot) für Business Use Cases
Automatisierung von Geschäftsprozessen mit Microsoft Power Automate
Unterstützung bei Territory-Alignment-Projekten und KPI-Auswertungen
Mitarbeit an Prototypen und Proof-of-Concepts für datengetriebene Lösungen
Identifikation von Automatisierungspotenzialen und Entwicklung von Workflows

Dein Profil

Immatrikuliert in BWL, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Gesundheitsökonomie o. Ä.
Du denkst analytisch und gehst eigenständig und strukturiert an Aufgaben heran
Du arbeitest gerne im Team und kommunizierst klar und auf den Punkt
Du kannst komplexe Inhalte einfach und verständlich erklären

Folgende Interessen und Kenntnisse bringst du mit

Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse (Excel, PowerPoint, Power Query), erste Erfahrung mit BI-Tools (Power BI, Tableau) und SQL
Interesse an AI/LLMs und Prozessautomatisierung
Deutschkenntnisse C1/C2 und Englischkenntnisse B2+
