About Us
melu kids is the leading seller on Amazon in Europe, specializing in personalized name labels for kids. With a dedicated core team of 6 and an in-house production team of around 10, we have rapidly grown to become the number one player in the personalized label market.
We are looking for an working student with a strong academic background in business, marketing, economics, or e-commerce, who is eager to gain hands-on experience in the strategic and operational management of our Amazon brand. This role is ideal for someone who is fluent in German and English, has a genuine passion for e-commerce, and wants to make a measurable impact from day one.

Tasks
Your Responsibilities
- Amazon Operations: Support the Amazon team in day-to-day operations, taking ownership of tasks and learning the full scope of brand management.
- Product Listings: Upload and maintain product listings (images, A+ content, product videos) to the highest quality standards.
- Market Monitoring: Track product listings, monitor competitor activity, pricing changes, and prepare regular performance insights.
- Campaign Management: Assist in optimizing Amazon PPC campaigns and SEO strategies to improve visibility and sales performance.
- Reporting & Dashboards: Build and maintain reports and dashboards (Excel or Google Sheets) for performance tracking and decision-making.
- Process Documentation & Automation: Help document SOPs and identify opportunities for automation or process improvements.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or E-Commerce (other fields will not be considered).
- Languages: Fluent German (C1/C2) and professional-level English are required; additional languages (e.g., Spanish, French) are a plus.
- E-Commerce Experience: Proven interest and initial practical experience in e-commerce or digital marketing (e.g., internships, projects, own online shop).
- Excel & Data Skills: Confident in Excel; comfortable working with data and creating reports.
- Mindset: Entrepreneurial, reliable, detail-oriented, and a proactive communicator.
- Ownership: Self-driven working style with the ability to take initiative and deliver results.
- Learning & Growth: Eagerness to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
