Your role:

• Assist with newsletter campaigns and CRM tasks, including preparing and segmenting customer lists, scheduling sends, and tracking performance

• Support the influencer marketing manager on-site by preparing and sending product parcels, tracking shipments, and updating send-out lists

• Handle customer support requests via email or chat, ensuring timely and friendly responses

• Create visual and text content in Canva for social media, newsletters, and the online shop

• Help with general ecommerce operations, such as updating product information, organizing digital assets, and assisting with online shop maintenance

Your profile:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.

• Strong interest in e-commerce, digital marketing, customer engagement, and content creation.

• Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken German and English.

• Confident using digital tools such as Canva, CRM systems, and social media platforms.

• Proactive, organized, and self-motivated, with attention to detail and a hands-on mindset.

• Interest in social impact and sustainability.

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot

• Social media affinity and/or working with influencers
