What you´ll build

• Assist in planning, promoting, and executing global events (in-person and virtual).
• Support event logistics, including registration management and vendor coordination.
• Conduct research to identify trends, vendors, and venues for events.
• Contribute to post-event reporting and follow-up activities.
• Gain insights into a fast-moving tech marketing organization.

What you bring

• Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
• Preferred fields of study: Marketing, Event Management, Business, or a related field.
• Language skills: fluent in English, additional language is a plus
• Soft skills: project management, structured and analytical approach, communication skills and team player
• Computer skills: Microsoft Office Suite, Hubspot is a plus
• At least 2 semesters of studies left till graduation
• Regular working from Berlin office is a must

Join the dynamic SAP LeanIX & SAP Signavio Global Events team, a key driver of demand generation for our innovative SaaS solutions within the SAP ecosystem. Through engaging and impactful events, we ensure our solutions are well-represented and relevant for the SAP Business Suite. As a working student, you’ll contribute to planning and executing world-class events that attract and engage our global audience.

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
