For our KWS Berlin office, we are looking for a temporary German-speaking Working Student – HR Administration & Digitalization Germany (m/f/d) for 20 hours per week in Berlin.
If you are interested in gaining practical experience in HR administration while supporting digitalization and automation initiatives, enjoy learning new things and working independently and accurately, and have a service-oriented mindset, we look forward to getting to know you. You should be self-motivated, flexible and enjoy working as part of a team.

Your tasks:

• Support the HR Administration team in day-to-day operational activities
• Assist with the preparation, maintenance and administration of employee documents and HR records
• Support the processing and analysis of employee-related requests and HR tickets, identifying recurring topics and improvement potential
• Maintain and check employee data in our HR systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Assist with administrative activities throughout the employee lifecycle
• Contribute to automation and digitalization initiatives, such as workflow optimization, low-code solutions and AI-supported tools or agents
• Help identify opportunities to simplify and automate repetitive administrative activities
• Help maintain and continuously improve HR processes, templates, reports and working instructions
• Support additional HR projects and administrative activities as required

What we are looking for:

• You are currently studying, ideally with a focus on Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Science or a related field
• You are interested in HR administration, employee data, digitalization and operational HR processes
• You have a strong interest in process automation, systems and data handling
• You have a quick grasp of new topics and are able to work independently, carefully and reliably
• You handle sensitive employee information with a high level of confidentiality and responsibility
• A strong customer and service orientation is one of your strengths
• For you, teamwork means supporting one another, solving problems together and learning from each other
• You are not satisfied with the status quo and enjoy identifying opportunities to perform tasks more efficiently
• You are confident in using Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
• Previous experience or an interest in low-code and automation tools, such as Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps or AI-supported solutions, would be an advantage
• Fluent German and very good English skills complete your profile
