Your tasks
- Once you're onboarded, you'll be involved in a full range of day-to-day HR tasks

You take care of tasks such as managing our mailboxes, updating employee data, and assisting with payroll.
You prepare contracts and other documents for record-keeping purposes and handle the maintenance of physical personnel files. You maintain employee data, as well as vacation and working hours, and record sick leave and other absences.
You assist with preparatory payroll tasks and review salary statements.
You coordinate appointments and collaborate with various internal and external interfaces.
You will also actively support strategic projects in the area of HR compliance and services.
Your profile
- Enrolled student in HR, business, humanities, or related field
- Good written and spoken German and English ( both at least B2 level )
- Flexibility to work 1-2 days per week on-site (Berlin Neukölln), with the option to work from home once you are up to speed
- Genuine interest in Human Resources and willingness to learn about a wide range of topics
- Organizational skills: Manage complex processes without losing sight of the big picture
- Enjoy teamwork and interaction with people
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
It's a plus if you have:
- Basic knowledge of German employment law
- Experience with project management and HR software (e.g. Personio, Jira, YouTrack, Confluence)
