Your role
The industry is referring to a "war for talent". There has never been a time when the right people were more in demand and more valuable than it is today. We are truly in the people economy, which means that recruitment is not only crucial but also a significant competitive advantage. To lead this change, we rethought recruitment.
As a working student, you will be a part of the creative and high-performing Talent Search (TS) Team, one of three core processes of Netlight. Your main responsibility will be around active sourcing, application management, recruitment, and other processes related to the growth of Netlight. You will get insights into the whole recruitment process, from the first contact to a world-class onboarding of our new colleagues into Netlight.

Requirements
- Based in Berlin, Hamburg, or Munich
- Currently enrolled in a program at an accredited university
- Ability to work 16-20 hours per week
- Full business-level fluency in written and spoken German & English
- Strong communication & organization skills
- Structured yet adaptive, taking responsibility for a dynamic learning environment
- Some prior work experience (internships, working student, volunteering) is a merit, but not a prerequisite
