Shape the future of HR at Swisscom. As our new Head of HR Technology, you will own and advance our HR digital strategy across Switzerland and Italy. You will align HR technology with business needs and enable a seamless employee experience, drive advanced analytics and AI-enabled HR processes. You will lead a small, international team while orchestrating colleagues across HR, IT, and other functions to deliver impactful HR technology initiatives

• Continuously refine and implement a cutting-edge digital HR strategy aligned with Swisscom’s business goals, HR needs, and technology trends
• Deliver large-scale HR technology projects (e.g., Workday rollouts, AI/RPA/automation initiatives) using best-in-class project management and effective partner management. Design and maintain an effective HR technology operating model, ensuring smooth operations, compliance, and continuous improvement
• Lead selection and negotiation of new HR technology solutions, manage vendor relationships, and ensure cost-effective, secure, and scalable systems
• Drive efficiency and data driven HR by improving automation, enabling data driven processes and implementing future driven technologies (e.g. AI, RPA, Agents)

Deine Skills

• Degree in Business, Economics, Business Informatics, Computer Science, or similar
• Fluency in English and German (Italian is a plus)
• Proven cross-functional, international team and project leadership with a strong drive for results
• Strategic, analytical skillset with the ability to understand complexity quickly and translate vision into execution
• Compelling communication skills to engage senior leadership and operational teams effectively
• Strong (HR) process and technology expertise & foresight, practical experience with Workday or similar HCM suite is a plus
• Proven track record in leading large scale (HR) IT implementation projects, c onsulting experienceis a plus
