Über diesen Job
Für unser technisches Team suchen wir eine engagierte Führungspersönlichkeit als Teamleiter/in HVAC mit Schwerpunkt auf Lüftungs- und Kälteanlagen. Sie übernehmen die Verantwortung für den reibungslosen Betrieb, die Instandhaltung und Optimierung unserer Anlagen sowie die Führung eines Teams von 8–10 Mitarbeitenden.
Ihre Aufgaben:
- Fachliche und disziplinarische Leitung des HVAC-Teams
- Überwachung und Optimierung von Lüftungs- und Kälteanlagen sowie deren Monitoringsystemen
- Organisation, Planung und Durchführung von Reparaturen und Wartungsarbeiten
- Sicherstellung eines GMP-konformen Anlagenbetriebs
- Umsetzung und Kontrolle von Sicherheits- und Arbeitsschutzanforderungen
- Kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Anlagenperformance und Energieeffizienz

Ihr Profil:
- Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung idealerweise mit Fokus auf Gebäudetechnik, HLK oder vergleichbar
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Betrieb und der Instandhaltung von Lüftungs- und Kälteanlagen von Vorteil
- Führungserfahrung von Teams
- Fundierte Kenntnisse der GMP-Anforderungen im technischen Umfeld
- Hohes Bewusstsein für Sicherheit und Qualität
- Erfahrung mit SAP
- Eigeninitiative, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Organisationstalent
