Your scope for impact

• Act as hands-on trading compliance partner across physical and financial energy trading activities, working closely with trading, legal and risk teams
• Serve as central point of contact for regulatory topics, including inquiries from authorities, exchanges and TSOs
• Provide compliance assessments and pragmatic implementation support for new products, markets and trading-related initiatives
• Lead market surveillance activities, coordinating analyses, workflow management and reporting while ensuring operational consistency and governance standards
• Oversee KYC and counterparty compliance processes, guiding operational execution, coordinating across teams, and ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements
• Monitor Swiss and EU regulatory developments and translate them into practical internal guidelines, embedding compliance measures into business processes and documentation

Your strengths

• A university degree in Law or Economics forms your professional foundation
• Several years of experience within trading compliance, legal, risk management, surveillance or regulatory compliance are part of your background
• Regulatory frameworks across Switzerland and the EU can be confidently analysed and applied in practice
• Hands-on experience in regulatory reporting, risk evaluation, trading surveillance and counterparty checks supports a precise approach
• English is used confidently in an international setting, with additional EU languages considered an advantage
• A structured and reliable way of working supports independent planning and delivery of complex topics
