What you're going to do

Are you looking to gain practical experience alongside your studies in an international and collaborative environment?

As part of our Market Unit, you will support the Unit Board and Team Leads in various organizational and coordination activities. You will help ensure smooth day-to-day operations, contribute to internal communication and events, and gain valuable insights into business operations and stakeholder management.

You will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Supporting administrative and organizational activities across the Market Unit
• Coordinating meetings, workshops, team events, and offsites
• Preparing presentations, reports, surveys, and meeting documentation
• Supporting internal communication and information sharing
• Coordinating appointments, schedules, and logistical arrangements
• Assisting with Learning and Development activities
• Supporting office administration and workplace organization
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of processes and collaboration within the unit

What we're looking for

You are a proactive and reliable team player with a structured way of working and a passion for organization and coordination.

• Availability to work on-site in Bern on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays
• Ongoing Bachelor's or Master's studies in a relevant field
• Initial professional or extracurricular experience is an advantage
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Structured and reliable working style
• Service-oriented and hands-on mindset
• Strong communication skills and team spirit
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Fluent German and good English skills (B2 or higher)
