• You will be responsible for the design and organisation of a wide range of events
• In addition, you will take care of trade fair and congress planning (national and international), creative specialist trade and depot events, external and internal training courses as well as workshops and smaller, exclusive events for special moments
• You will also be responsible for hotel bookings and participant management
• The organisation of catering falls under your remit
• You will be responsible for the administration, compilation and reordering of modern presentation technology and event materials

• You have completed training as an event manager (m/f/d), hotel manager (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• Ideally, you have professional experience in event management
• You are confident in using MS Office
• Good written and spoken German and English skills characterise you
• Reliability, team spirit and strong negotiation and communication skills speak in your favour
