Sales Support 40 - 60% (m/f/d)

KNF Neuberger AG is the sales center for the Swiss market of the successful, international and family-run KNF Group. The KNF Group is a engineering company with 24 locations worldwide, specialized in development, design, production and distribution of diaphragm pumps for pumping gases and liquids. There are 20 employees working at the location in Balterswil.

Your main tasks:

• Entire order processing from order entry to invoicing

• Maintenance of quantity contracts, consignment stock and pre-planning

• Maintenance of customer master data

• Receiving orders and coordinating customer inquiries with the sales representatives

Your profile:

• Commercial apprenticeship

• Very good German and good English skills, French is an advantage

• SAP and Office 365 experience is a great advantage

• Professional experience in sales processing is an advantage

• Thorough, precise and reliable way of working

• Good communication skills, flexibility and ability to work under pressure

• Good team player

• You use constructive feedback to grow
