Mission : We are seeking an Inside Sales & Customer Service Specialist to join our Swiss team. This role supports our B2B operations by managing customer relationships, processing orders, and providing exceptional service to our professional partners — distributors, installers, and resellers.

The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a dynamic international environment, balancing sales support and customer service responsibilities.

Your responsibilities:

Act as the main point of contact for B2B customers in the Swiss market, ensuring professional and timely communication.

• Manage the order-to-delivery process , including order entry, confirmations, and coordination with logistics and warehouse teams.

• Provide accurate product and pricing information , and prepare quotations for customers and the sales team.

• Support the external sales team with administrative tasks, customer follow-up, and documentation.

• Handle after-sales inquiries (returns, complaints, warranty cases) with efficiency and a customer-centric approach.

• Maintain customer records and update data in CRM and ERP systems.

• Collaborate closely with marketing, logistics, and finance departments to ensure smooth operations.

• Contribute to continuous improvement of internal processes and customer experience.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need a positive attitude and the following:

Completed education in commercial, business, or customer service field .

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or sales support — ideally in a B2B technical or industrial environment.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a focus on accuracy.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills .

• Proficiency in MS Office and experience with ERP/CRM systems (SAP knowledge is a plus).

• Fluency in German and English
