• As Project Manager (m/f/d) Reporting and Analytics, you will be responsible for the sustainable transformation of reporting through the implementation of a comprehensive project portfolio. You will play an active role in shaping the future vision for reporting, including its underlying processes and architecture.
• You will lead the redesign of management reporting in direct collaboration with relevant stakeholders. In doing so, you will work closely with international executive management, local subsidiaries, and international functions.
• In addition, you will translate business requirements into viable and pragmatic solutions. You will ensure that business and technical requirements are effectively aligned.
• You will independently manage and coordinate interdisciplinary teams from both the business and IT functions. You will also contribute to decision-making processes and facilitate alignment among senior stakeholders.
• Together with relevant stakeholders, you will continuously refine reporting processes and systems. You will ensure the sustainable improvement of existing structures and ways of working.
• In addition, you will be responsible for designing and implementing communication, change management, and training initiatives in an international setting. You will support the transformation through target group-specific formats and initiatives.

WHAT YOU BRING

• You have a degree in business administration or a comparable qualification. Ideally, you have a background in controlling or finance.
• You have several years of professional experience in controlling, reporting, or similar roles. In addition, you have successfully worked on and/or led complex, cross-functional, and international projects over multiple years.
• You are highly proficient in reporting, consolidation, and data processes. You are experienced in working with modern BI and analytics platforms such as SAP Datasphere, SAC, or Databricks.
• You stand out for your structured, analytical, and solution-oriented approach to work. Your strong sense of pragmatism helps you develop viable solutions.
• In addition, you are motivated to actively drive and support transformation initiatives. You also bring a strong sense of ownership, a results-oriented mindset, and team spirit to an international environment.
• You are a strong communicator who can convey complex topics effectively to a wide range of stakeholders.
• You have excellent German and English language skills. Furthermore, you are willing to travel internationally.
