We are now looking for you as an expert in sales controlling & data analysis (m/f/d) for our headquarters in Bindlach

Your tasks
- Branch Sales Planning & Process Optimization : Further development and implementation of a consistent sales planning process for our branches. Harmonization and optimization of existing planning processes in close coordination with the relevant departments.
- Key Performance Indicator Analysis & Forecasting: Analysis of sales and earnings metrics and preparation of well-founded forecasts within regular planning cycles. Derivation of concrete recommendations for action to manage economic performance.
- Budgeting: Preparation of branch budget planning at the annual, monthly, weekly and daily levels, taking into account seasonal effects, regional characteristics and sales requirements - in close cooperation with the country managers.
- Interface function & communication: Assuming a central coordination role between sales, controlling, marketing and management to ensure a holistic view of the economic development of our branches.
- Reporting & data visualization: Design and creation of meaningful reports and dashboards for sales management – using common BI tools and data visualization methods.
Your profile
- Studies & professional knowledge : Completed studies in business administration, controlling, statistics or a comparable qualification as well as sound knowledge of financial and sales planning, ideally in retail or a comparable industry
- Analytical skills & numeracy skills : Structured and solution-oriented thinking with strong ability to interpret market and sales data
- IT & software knowledge : Confident use of Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts) and ideally experience with BI tools such as PowerBI for data analysis and visualization
- Communication and interface skills : Ability to act as a link between different departments and to communicate complex issues in an understandable manner
- Personal responsibility & teamwork : High level of initiative, sense of responsibility and the ability to work efficiently both independently and in a team
