• Successfully completed Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Controlling or a comparable qualification

• 1 to 2 years of professional experience in Controlling or Finance, ideally within an international corporate environment

• Solid understanding of business processes in controlling and commercial operations

• Excellent MS Office skills, especially in Excel

• Experience with SAP FI/CO and basic accounting knowledge is desirable

• Strong analytical thinking and a structured working approach

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Fluent in both German and English, written and spoken.

This job opportunity will be available in full-time or part-time.

• Provide consulting and support to the holding departments in all commercial matters

• Assist the holding departments in the preparation and adherence to financial planning

• Support and collaborate with the accounting department in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS and HGB

• Prepare reporting for the group and the holding departments

• Conduct variance analyses and derive actionable recommendations in collaboration with relevant departments

• Further develop and shape controlling tools, processes, and reporting systems

• Collaborate with various departments within the group, e.g. regarding cost allocations

• Prepare business analyses, reports, and ad hoc evaluations

• Participate in special topics and projects.
