Working Student - Indirect Procurement (f/m/d)

Key Accountabilities – What we expect from you / Was wir von dir erwarten:

• Take ownership of operational procurement activities, including creating and following up on purchase orders.
• Support the resolution of invoice and purchase order issues with suppliers, internal customers and other functions.
• Assist with smaller sourcing activities, from clarifying requirements and collecting quotations to comparing offers and preparing award decisions.
• Support smaller supplier negotiations, for example on prices, delivery dates or commercial conditions.
• Help improve data quality, transparency and day-to-day procurement processes.

Qualifications / Qualifikationen:

• Enrolled student at a university or university of applied sciences.
• Good German and English skills; you do not need to be perfect, but you should be willing to use both languages in day-to-day work.
• Structured, reliable and able to work independently after initial guidance.
• Proactive in following up on open topics and asking the right questions when information is missing.
• Interest in procurement, supplier management and business processes.
