Job Responsibilities:
The HR Systems Manager, India is responsible for the management of HR Systems support resources within India. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience leading teams that support HR and payroll/time technology, strong leadership skills, customer-oriented thinking, and the ability to work effectively in a global environment.
Your Responsibilities
In cooperation with the Global HR Systems Managers, build and lead a team of HR systems specialists to support global HR and payroll/time systems.
Liaise with the global team to ensure timely ticket problem solving.
Distill your leadership experience to the team through coaching, mentoring and performance management
Ensure appropriate security controls and documentation is in place to meet governance standards and requirements
Support the team in planning and prioritizing tasks
Who we are looking for
Minimum 8-10 years of work experience as detailed above in related areas (HR systems, HR technology, etc.).
Strong knowledge of HR and payroll/time systems like Workday, Dayforce, SAP HR, Concur Travel Management.
Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a people leader with a focus on global HR and payroll/time systems technical support operations.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a global context.
Familiarity with key HR system modules including HCM (employee life cycle), payroll, workforce management, compensation & benefit, recruitment, and talent management is highly preferred.
Your preferred qualifications
Fluent in English.
Strong project management skills and ability to drive projects and initiatives.
Strong leadership capabilities and skills supporting team members’ growth and development
