What you do with us

• You coordinate the entire logistics chain from order to customer delivery and monitor imports and exports.
• You process inquiries, coordinate delivery dates, keep colleagues and departments informed and always maintain an overview.
• You are responsible for import and export documents and statistical reports.
• You act as an interface between purchasing, warehouse, sales and international locations and are jointly responsible for the preparation and follow-up of goods flows.
• You focus on the essentials without losing sight of the big picture and work proactively to solve challenges.
• You will be involved in projects to optimize processes within our logistics and customs clearance departments, which will round off your diverse range of tasks.

• You are characterized by your structured, independent way of working and your friendly manner.
• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, have extensive experience in logistics and forwarding and feel very comfortable in this environment.
• You are familiar with the processes involved in clearing goods through customs.
• You continuously promote your personal and professional development.
• With your empathetic nature, you ensure smooth communication and share important information openly.
• Your strong analytical skills and experience in using common IT applications such as SAP, Microsoft Word and Excel are the key to your success.
• Your written and spoken German and English skills are excellent
