Aufgaben:
- Establish a Digital Engineering Team
- Own the Digital Engineering roadmap, including definition, prioritization, and evolution of Digital Capabilities
- Lead, manage and develop the Digital Engineering team
- Orchestrate collaboration between R&D, Supply Chain, IT, and other business stakeholders, including alignment with external partners
- Drive adoption of Digital Capabilities by enabling methods, processes, data models, tooling, and training across the organization
- Define and track Digital Engineering KPIs to improve speed, predictability, quality, and digital maturity
Qualifikationen:
- University degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a comparable technical discipline
- Several years of professional experience driving digitalization or digital transformation in engineering environments, ideally in complex, hardware-centric product organizations
- Strong understanding of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) concepts and practical experience with engineering authoring and lifecycle systems (e.g. Windchill, Teamcenter, Xpedition, NX)
- Demonstrated leadership capability with a structured, analytical working style and the ability to align diverse stakeholders behind a common target state
- Fluent in English and German language
