Aufgaben:
- Establish a Hardware test laboratory team, including setup of test laboratory infrastructure and system level testing capabilities
- Lead, manage and develop the test laboratory team towards independent, innovative and high-quality verification and validation testing
- Define, introduce, maintain, and continuously improve test strategies, methods and concepts for system level tests and ensure traceability between requirements, test cases, and test results
- Plan, provide, commission, and maintain test systems and laboratory infrastructure & capacity, including budget planning
- Plan, coordinate, and execute hardware tests and system level tests including software together with internal customers
- Evaluate, document, and release test results and initiate rootcause analyses where required
- Ensure compliance with internal processes, quality standards, and applicable norms
- Act as the central interface between test lab, development teams, systems engineering, project management, and stakeholders
Qualifikationen:
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or comparable
- Several years of experience in working hardware testing, validation, or development environments and experience in a lead or managerial role
- Strong knowledge of test methodologies, measurement and test equipment including development
- Strong English communication, team and organizational skills
