For our client, a famous japanese company from the semiconductor industry, we are looking for an Onboarding Manager (m/f/d) in Böblingen.

Your Responsibilities:

Onboarding Framework & Standards

  • Independently implement the division-wide onboarding framework, including structure, standards, and best practices
  • Define onboarding phases, learning objectives, and clear interfaces between central onboarding and managers
  • Monitor proper completion of administrative onboarding steps such as setting up employee accounts, procuring work equipment, and granting IT access

Content Enablement

  • Develop scalable, on-demand onboarding content (presentations, videos, microlearning) in collaboration with subject matter experts (SMEs)
  • Support SMEs in structuring and standardizing content for effective self-directed learning while ensuring quality and relevance

Curriculum & Learning Path Design

  • Build and maintain function- and role-based onboarding curricula using an e-learning system
  • Create modular learning paths tailored to employee profiles and continuously update them in line with organizational developments

E-Learning Platform Responsibility

  • Act as the functional owner of the onboarding e-learning platform within the division, ensuring a seamless learner experience
  • Configure learning paths, track learning progress, and collaborate with e-learning teams, IT, and external providers to optimize the platform

Stakeholder Management & Continuous Improvement

  • Collaborate with HR and business units to align onboarding with business requirements
  • Measure onboarding effectiveness using defined KPIs and continuously improve content and processes based on feedback and data

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Education, Psychology, or a related field; Master's or equivalent is a plus
  • Extensive experience in onboarding, learning & development, HR program management, or a comparable role
  • Proven experience with e-learning platforms and digital learning content
  • Strong project management skills and experience in cross-functional initiatives
  • Excellent communication skills, confident in interacting with senior SMEs
  • Structured, process-oriented mindset with focus on scalability and quality

Desired Skills & Attributes

  • Experience in designing modular learning programs and curricula
  • Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills
