Aufgaben:
- Lead software projects delivering solutions for customers and contract manufacturers.
- Coordinate external developer teams across automation and web application domains.
- Integrate AI concepts into software solutions, from conceptual design to deployment.
- Drive automation initiatives across software development and operational process flows.
- Align customers, internal functions, and suppliers on scope, priorities, and deliverables.
- Ensure consistent delivery across parallel projects within an Agile delivery model.
Qualifikationen:
- Master's degree or equivalent higher education.
- Proven record in software project management.
- Experience coordinating external development teams
- With diverse stakeholders .
- Ability to integrate AI concepts into software and automation solutions.
- Professional English communication for customer-facing and cross-functional collaboration.
- Preferred:
- Hands-on understanding of AI implementation using AI-assisted development tools.
- Familiarity with Microsoft tools supporting software development and automation.
- German language skills
