You will become part of the New Business Development team at Telekom Shops and will not work in direct shop operations, but on strategic future topics for our nationwide shop organization. Together, we design change processes, develop innovative learning and qualification concepts and actively drive forward the development of our organization.
Your tasks
Whether it's a compulsory or voluntary internship — as an intern (m/f/d), you will definitely benefit from attractive remuneration and support our team with a wide range of tasks and projects from 01.01.2027.
Depending on the focus of your job and interest, you will take on the following tasks, for example:
- You support the design, development & implementation of projects with a focus on change & transformation, organizational development and qualification strategies
- You support the identification, evaluation and use of AI-based solutions and digital tools to develop learning, communication and change processes
- You design modern qualification formats and onboarding processes to optimally enable colleagues and managers in shops to meet new requirements
- You develop concepts and processes to improve cross-functional collaboration and to anchor participation in Telekom Shops
- You develop and organize events, interactive workshops, and training and learning formats that promote collaboration and participation
- You will support communication on change, participation and development issues
- You prepare presentation documents and take responsibility for preparing and following up workshops, training courses and appointments.
- Together with project management, you manage external partners and service providers (e.g. trainers, agencies) from conception to implementation
Your profile
You are studying business administration, economics, economic psychology, psychology or a comparable course of study or are in a gap year.
You also have the following knowledge and skills:
- You are interested in topics such as change management, transformation support, qualification, organizational development and community management
- You are a team player and enjoy developing ideas and solutions together
- You work independently, in a structured way and are ready to get started.
- You are communicative, self-confident and enjoy moving things forward.
- You are familiar with MS Office and enjoy working with digital tools
Nice to have
- First practical experience in the area of organization/HR/project work
- Basic understanding of organizational and corporate structures as well as cross-divisional cooperation
- Affinity for digital learning formats or educational technologies
- Basic understanding of organizational structures and process optimization
This position is also available on a part-time basis.
