Job description
- You will take on general administrative tasks
- You will be responsible for customer support and advice over the phone
- You will coordinate appointments and handle complaints management
Requirements
- Ideally, you have already gained some work experience and can provide a reference
- You are willing to work between 08:00-20:00 and also on Saturdays
- You are characterised by your communicative, open and reliable way of working
