Join our IT Group Functions division and help shape the digital transformation of Finance at a global scale.
In this role, you lead business‑critical IT programs, drive digital innovation for Corporate Treasury and Corporate Tax, and act as a strategic partner to senior executives.
IT Domain- and Transformation Manager Treasury (m/f/x)
Lead Global Finance IT Programs
- Own and manage major IT transformation initiatives (automation, digitalization, new solution implementation).
- Define program strategy, track progress, and report directly to the Steering Committee (EVPs/VPs).
- Lead a domain team and coordinate internal and external project teams.
Shape IT Strategy for Treasury & other Finance departments in Corporate Center
- Translate business goals into IT requirements and long‑term strategic roadmaps.
- Advise senior stakeholders in Corporate Treasury and other Finance departments in Corporate Center on technology trends and opportunities.
- Prepare strategy recommendations and decision papers for senior leadership.
Drive Innovation & Demand Management
- Identify emerging IT trends, evaluate new technologies and benchmark solutions.
- Manage and prioritize IT demand to ensure efficient delivery of high‑impact initiatives.
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of finance‑related IT products.
Ensure Governance, Compliance & Operational Excellence
- Guarantee adherence to IT governance, security, and compliance standards.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and vendor relationships.
- Ensure smooth end‑to‑end operations including incident, change, and problem management.
Professional Background
- Degree in computer science, business informatics, business administration or similar.
- Several years of experience in IT program or project management.
- Strong knowledge of IT architectures, complex finance applications, and SAP (Finance, Treasury, Tax).
- Experience with IT governance, security and frameworks such as PRINCE2, ITIL, COBIT5, TOGAF or CISM.
- Proven ability to manage vendors and oversee end‑to‑end product lifecycles.
- Fluent in German and English.
