      What awaits you: Provide comprehensive day to day support to the Vice President Engineering Global & Vice President Operations EU by taking over strategic coordination and hands on administrative ownership:

      • manage multiple calendars

      • preparation of presentation material, agendas and meeting minutes

      • arrange VP business travel incl all documentation and expense reporting

      • organization and coordination of appointments also during VP business trips internationally

      • arrange and coordinate internal and external meetings/events/workshops, i.e. room/hotel reservations, logistics, equipment, and event catering

      • be part of an international team responsible for organizing the annual Global Leadership Meeting
        manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism

      • handle vendor invoices and administrative workflows

      • maintain digital filing systems, shared drives, and documentation in compliance with internal standards

      • internet research, processing of information

      What you’ll need to succeed:

      • Completed apprenticeship with focus on management and organization

      • 1-3 years work experience in a fast-changing international industry environment

      • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

      • Proficiency with MS office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word), digital collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint), and general tech savvy

      • Advanced verbal and written communication skills in German and English

      • International experience would be beneficial
