What awaits you: Provide comprehensive day to day support to the Vice President Engineering Global & Vice President Operations EU by taking over strategic coordination and hands on administrative ownership:
manage multiple calendars
preparation of presentation material, agendas and meeting minutes
arrange VP business travel incl all documentation and expense reporting
organization and coordination of appointments also during VP business trips internationally
arrange and coordinate internal and external meetings/events/workshops, i.e. room/hotel reservations, logistics, equipment, and event catering
be part of an international team responsible for organizing the annual Global Leadership Meeting
manage confidential information with discretion and professionalismhandle vendor invoices and administrative workflows
maintain digital filing systems, shared drives, and documentation in compliance with internal standards
internet research, processing of information
What you’ll need to succeed:
Completed apprenticeship with focus on management and organization
1-3 years work experience in a fast-changing international industry environment
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Proficiency with MS office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word), digital collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint), and general tech savvy
Advanced verbal and written communication skills in German and English
International experience would be beneficial
