Aufgabengebiet

• Design and execute a company-wide talent acquisition strategy aligned with business goals
• Partner closely with senior leadership and business units to forecast hiring needs and translate them into recruiting plans
• Select and implement an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Develop and roll out training for hiring managers on effective interviewing and selection practices
• Establish recruiting metrics and KPIs to continuously improve efficiency and quality of hire
• Lead the design and implementation of a job architecture and grading framework
• Analyze skills gaps, talent risks, and workforce trends to inform recruitment and development priorities
• Build and lead a high-performing in-house talent acquisition team over time
• Manage and optimize relationships with external recruitment partners and agencies
• Foster a culture of accountability, inclusion, and high performance within the TA team

Anforderungsprofil

• Proven track record in building or scaling a Talent Acquisition function
• Strong experience in both strategic workforce planning and hands-on recruiting
• Expertise in job architecture, grading systems, and organizational design
• In-depth knowledge of ATS implementation and the recruitment technology landscape
• Comfortable partnering with executive teams and influencing stakeholders across all levels
• Data-driven decision maker with strong analytical skills
• Exceptional stakeholder management, influencing, and relationship-building abilities
• Thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments and enjoys building from the ground up
