Our client is a dynamic, globally operating company. To support continued growth, we are seeking an ambitious and visionary leader who will take the Talent Acquisition function to the next level.
Aufgabengebiet
- Design and execute a company-wide talent acquisition strategy aligned with business goals
- Partner closely with senior leadership and business units to forecast hiring needs and translate them into recruiting plans
- Select and implement an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Develop and roll out training for hiring managers on effective interviewing and selection practices
- Establish recruiting metrics and KPIs to continuously improve efficiency and quality of hire
- Lead the design and implementation of a job architecture and grading framework
- Analyze skills gaps, talent risks, and workforce trends to inform recruitment and development priorities
- Build and lead a high-performing in-house talent acquisition team over time
- Manage and optimize relationships with external recruitment partners and agencies
- Foster a culture of accountability, inclusion, and high performance within the TA team
Anforderungsprofil
- Proven track record in building or scaling a Talent Acquisition function
- Strong experience in both strategic workforce planning and hands-on recruiting
- Expertise in job architecture, grading systems, and organizational design
- In-depth knowledge of ATS implementation and the recruitment technology landscape
- Comfortable partnering with executive teams and influencing stakeholders across all levels
- Data-driven decision maker with strong analytical skills
- Exceptional stakeholder management, influencing, and relationship-building abilities
- Thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments and enjoys building from the ground up
