Key responsibilities

• Support with strategic planning and analysis tasks 
• Data research, preparation and validation
• Preparation of presentations and decision-making documents
• Support with workshops, meetings and event coordination
• Taking on responsibility for cross-departmental projects within the HR department

Your profile

• Compulsory or voluntary internship as part of a bachelor’s degree, gap year or current master’s degree in Economics, Psychology, Business Psychology or a comparable degree programme with a focus on Human Resources (enrolment required)
• Keen interest in the areas of HR development and talent management
• Relevant practical experience would be an advantage
• Very good command of German and English
• Proficient with computers, MS Office and the web
• Structured, independent working style
• Organisational skills & team spirit
