HR UNIVERSAL is a leading executive search firm headquartered in Cologne with offices in Berlin and Munich. Our work is characterized by in-depth expertise in all areas of modern recruitment—complemented by areas of expertise such as campus management, board consulting, and aptitude and leadership diagnostics. To strengthen our team in Cologne, we are looking for you to join us as soon as possible as a working student (m/f/d) in Human Resources.
Your Tasks
- Your primary role will be to support the HR specialists in their day-to-day operations and in recruiting
- You will handle administrative tasks, such as maintaining our applicant tracking system, electronic personnel files, and the time tracking system
- You will assist with administrative HR processes throughout the entire employee lifecycle (onboarding, support, and offboarding)
- Helping to draft job postings, create candidate profiles, and schedule interviews is also part of your daily routine
Our Requirements
- You are a currently enrolled student (m/f/d) in business or the humanities, ideally with a focus on human resources
- A strong interest in human resources topics and initial experience gained through internships are a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office products and good written and spoken English are required
- Your strengths include strong communication and teamwork skills, as well as a passion for working with people
