Your tasks
Whether it's a compulsory or voluntary internship — As an intern/flexicant (m/f/d), you will definitely benefit from attractive remuneration and will support the team with the following responsible tasks from 01.03.2027:
- Support in planning, coordinating and implementing projects
- Collaboration in the preparation and preparation of presentations, documentation and evaluations
- Support with organizational and administrative tasks in day-to-day business
- Research, analysis and structured preparation of relevant information
- Preparation and follow-up of meetings, appointments and workshops
- Support in coordination and communication with internal interfaces
- Maintaining and updating relevant data and information
- Active participation in optimising existing processes and procedures
- Independent takeover of smaller task packages and projects
Your profile
You are studying business administration, a comparable course of study or are in a gap year.
You also have the following knowledge and skills:
- Safe use of MS Office 365
- Strong communication skills
- Strong team spirit and willingness to cooperate
- High level of initiative and proactive way of working
- Quick comprehension and a high willingness to learn
- Analytical thinking for problem solving
- Structured and reliable way of working
- Good presentation skills
- High digital affinity
- Basic project management skills
Nice-to-have Skills
- First experience with agile working methods (e.g. Scrum, Kanban)
- Knowledge of data analysis or visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau)
- A strong interest in digital trends and innovative technologies
- Further language skills are an advantage
