Your mission
You are the driving force behind our sales pipeline - and more. As a BDR at DeepUp, you don’t just schedule meetings; you’re responsible for the entire sales cycle in the SMB segment, from the initial outreach to closing the deal. You identify the right prospects, engage in meaningful conversations, and turn interest into revenue.
- Pipeline Builder : You identify and research target customers in network expansion, utilities, and infrastructure, and develop tailored outreach strategies that really make an impact.
- Outreach Pro :You proactively engage in cold outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone with personalized messages that demonstrate relevance and elicit genuine responses.
- SMB Closer : In the small business segment, you independently guide deals through the entire sales cycle, from discovery through the demo to the signed contract. Your close, your commission.
- Qualifier & Connector : For mid-market and enterprise deals, you conduct structured discovery calls, clearly qualify opportunities, and hand them off smoothly to our Account Executives.
- Market Radar : You identify buying signals, track industry trends, and share structured insights from your conversations with the team.
- Team Player: You work closely with AEs and Marketing to ensure a seamless lead-to-deal process and help actively shape our sales strategy.
Your profile
- Entry-level experience : 0–2 years of experience in B2B sales, as an SDR/BDR, or in a client-facing role—internships count. Career changers with a strong sales mindset are also welcome.
- Drive and determination : You want to see results, are self-motivated, and don’t let setbacks stop you—you find a way.
- Closing mindset : Booking meetings isn’t enough for you; you want to drive deals, take ownership of results, and benefit directly from success.
- Strong communication skills : You communicate clearly and persuasively in German, ideally also in English, and adapt your style flexibly to your audience.
- Organized & disciplined : You maintain a clear overview even with many concurrent contacts and never miss a follow-up.
- Tech-savvy : You are proficient in using CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and sequencing tools, or you can quickly learn to use them.
