About the Position
As a Mergers and Acquisitions Associate, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our strategic growth trajectory. You will be instrumental in identifying, evaluating, and executing M&A opportunities that align with our corporate objectives. Your core responsibilities will include leading comprehensiveDue Diligence processes, performing in-depth Company Valuations, and developing robust Financial Modeling to support critical decision-making. Leveraging your strong background in Corporate Finance, you will provide expert analysis and recommendations, ensuring successful transaction outcomes and contributing significantly to the expansion and profitability of our organization.
Must-Have Skills
- Solid understanding and practical experience in conducting Due Diligence reviews.
- Expertise in various company valuation methods (e.g., DCF, multiples).
- Profound skills in building and analyzing complex financial models.
- Comprehensive knowledge and practical application of Corporate Finance principles and strategies.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience in M&A process management
- Knowledge of Post-Merger Integration (PMI)
- Strong negotiation skills
- Project management abilities
- Experience in strategic analysis
