task description
As a Process and Quality Manager, you will analyze complex overall systems and existing processes to identify and evaluate optimization potential in the dimensions of efficiency and effectiveness in a strategic area of responsibility.
They develop and implement concepts for holistic process maps including all interfaces (E2E).
Your main tasks also include:
- You will develop and implement measures to address process weaknesses or gaps, taking into account technology transfer, and drive forward the digitization of processes
- You develop concepts for improving comprehensive processes, data models and quality standards, implement them and develop principles for quality management, including the tools used
- You will be responsible for the strategic planning, implementation and monitoring of quality assurance measures as well as the definition and monitoring of quality goals, process indicators and compliance
- They usually advise at management level on the design of the system and process landscape, e.g. on agile development and process engineering methods, and they take on overall coordination with process participants, usually at management level, as well as interface management
- You manage strategically oriented projects
requirements
You have a degree with a focus, e.g. in economics, computer science or industrial engineering, or have a comparable qualification and already have many years of professional experience in process management and procurement.
You also have detailed company-specific knowledge and the following skills:
- Profound knowledge of purchasing processes
- Very good experience in classic and agile forms of cooperation
- Excellent German and English language skills
- Outstanding experience in managing strategically oriented projects
- Outstanding knowledge in process automation and digitization (Lean Six Sigma)
- Advanced knowledge of quality management methods/tools and their application
- Outstanding knowledge of how to use methods/tools to carry out a continuous improvement process
- AI pioneer and expert for digital solutions
- Profound knowledge of purchasing processes as well as comprehensive system knowledge in the SAP PSL DE civil engineering module
