Join us as our Product Management Teamlead ORBIS Medical Controlling at Dedalus, one of the World’s leading healthcare technology companies, in Bonn 100% Home Office in Germany to do the best work of your career and make a profound impact in providing better care for a healthier planet.
Your Tasks:
Lead the Product Management team for Medical Controlling & Coding
Set and communicate the vision, mission, roadmap and strategy for the value stream in alignment with business goals
Assess and prioritize customer needs based on business priorities, project demands, and technical dependencies
Analyse market needs and regulatory requirements across different regions, especially in the DACH region, to ensure the product roadmap reflects real customer and market value
Work closely with R&D leadership and UX to align strategy and concepts, development plans, and delivery
Engage cross‑functionally with departments such as Sales, Service, Support, Country Product Management, other Product Management Teams
You play a key role in shaping the future of our ORBIS and RICO Medical Controlling solutions
You bring in:
University degree in Medical Informatics, Medicine, Nursing, Business Administration or an equivalent combination of training and experience
4 to 5 years expertise in healthcare software industry in Product Management or R&D
Strong market knowledge of the hospital healthcare sector, especially within the DACH region
Deep expertise in medical controlling workflows and the use of digital systems supporting these processes
Experience with ORBIS is an advantage
High adaptability to changing requirements and diverse customer environments
Ability to balance conflicting inputs and unite teams around the best possible solution
Solid business acumen in the healthcare domain
Excellent communication skills in German and English — written, verbal, and in presentations
Strong proficiency with modern office software (e.g., MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Confident presenting to large internal and external audiences, including customer events
JIRA knowledge is a plus
