TRAINEE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & STRATEGY INTERNATIONAL IN GLOBAL SECTOR DEVELOPMENT (M/F/X)

The Global Sector Development (GSD) team is a dynamic global team that is tasked with accelerating growth in our Supply Chain division. GSD offers the opportunity to work on exciting new projects whilst building a network across multiple countries, job functions and seniority levels. The team leads and supports growth strategies, coordinates product development and handles complex global tenders from the division's largest customers. It serves as an agile resource pool of particularly committed employees for time-bound projects and is composed of teams in Bonn, United Kingdom, Miami and Singapore.

Your tasks

• Support development of sector and product strategies, together with regions & countries
• Identify sector specific or x-sector trends & markets to create significant opportunities, develop concepts & pipeline, together with regions & countries
• Support the development and execution of sales strategy for an initiative, incl. growth forecasts and go-to-market plans, value proposition, commercialization, sales collateral and community building

Your profile

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in Logistics/Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Informatics/Mathematics, Natural Science, Engineering or Economy before April 1st, 2026
• First professional experiences (up to 3 years) in Project Management, Supply Chain Operations or Business Development as well as international experience are desirable
• Fluent English skills; German skills are a plus
• High level of creativity and flexibility
• Open-minded and a good team player
• High social competences with people skills as well as strong communication skills
