💡 Key Responsibilities:

•  Accounting (AR) for our customers
• Preparation of invoices (external and Intercompany
•  Supporting the team in the maintenance and clarification of the accounts receivable
• Preparation of direct debit collections and preparation and execution of dunning runs
• Support for the monthly and annual financial statements
• Proactively driving all AR accounting related topics
• Self-reliant analysis of accounts receivables
• Providing reports in Excel or presentations in Power Point
• Entry of receivable payments and overwatch of the receivable accounts in SAP
• Preparation and solution of customers inquires as well as settlement of differences
• Support O2C Team

• Relevant professional experience in accounting
• Good knowledge of IFRS and HGB accounting and tax law
• Confident handling of SAP (FI, AA) and the common MS Office applications
• Structured, independent and qualitative way of working paired with a targeted solution-orientation
• Team player with a strong service orientation and high intercultural competence
• Flexibility, resilience and reliability
• Very good written and spoken English skills - German is an advantage
