• Successfully completed commercial training, e.g. as an industrial clerk (m/f/d), office clerk (m/f/d) or comparable
• Professional experience in accounting, preferably in the manufacturing industry
• Confident use of MS Office and ERP systems
• Commitment, ability to work in a team and a structured working style
• Driving license and car to reach the place of work

• Processing of ongoing accounting, including support with accounts receivable, accounts payable and general ledger accounting
• Recording, checking and releasing incoming invoices
• Preparation and execution of transfers and reconciliation of bank accounts
• Regular monitoring and reconciliation of accounts and clarification of open items
• Support with monthly and annual financial statements
• Preparation of reports and evaluations, as well as ad-hoc analyses and target-actual comparisons for management or other departments
• Contact person for internal and external inquiries regarding accounting topics
