Your profile:
- Successfully completed commercial training, e.g. as an industrial clerk (m/f/d), office clerk (m/f/d) or comparable
- Professional experience in accounting, preferably in the manufacturing industry
- Confident use of MS Office and ERP systems
- Commitment, ability to work in a team and a structured working style
- Driving license and car to reach the place of work
Your tasks:
- Processing of ongoing accounting, including support with accounts receivable, accounts payable and general ledger accounting
- Recording, checking and releasing incoming invoices
- Preparation and execution of transfers and reconciliation of bank accounts
- Regular monitoring and reconciliation of accounts and clarification of open items
- Support with monthly and annual financial statements
- Preparation of reports and evaluations, as well as ad-hoc analyses and target-actual comparisons for management or other departments
- Contact person for internal and external inquiries regarding accounting topics
