Job description
- You are the central contact person for telephone information and reliably forward incoming calls
- You welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- You are responsible for monitoring the occupancy and order of the meeting rooms
- General office organisation is in your hands and ensures a smooth process
- You check incoming invoices carefully and in a structured manner
Requirements
- You have completed at least 3 years of training as an office administrator (m/f/d) or a comparable relevant qualification
- You are characterised by very good and thorough writing and expression skills
- You have knowledge of public administration
- You are confident with DATEV or are willing to familiarise yourself with it
- You have a valid work permit
