Your profile:
- Completed commercial training with professional experience (wholesale or industry)
- Very good IT skills (MS Office)
- Very good English skills (spoken and written)
- Reliability, resilience, as well as a structured and solution-oriented way of working are among your strengths
- Teamwork, communication skills and organizational talent complete your profile
Your tasks:
- Customer management (phone & email), processing customer inquiries
- Quotation preparation and tracking (according to price and calculation specifications)
- Product data management, maintaining and managing customer databases
- Sample dispatch and mailings to customers and business partners
- Order acceptance and order entry / processing
- General processing and correspondence
- Maintenance of sales and sales statistics and master data
