This role is a fixed-term position until February 2027.
Your contribution to success
- Tender management : Selection of public tenders for proactive participation
- Review of tenders : Review of tender documents with regard to contractual conditions, technical and commercial requirements, and evaluation criteria
- Responsibility for the calculation process : Analysis of the service specifications and tender conditions for feasibility and economic viability
- Risk management : Identification of potential risks (deadlines, wording, conditions)
- Offer management : Calculation of the offer and preparation of the tender documents in compliance with the specified requirements and deadlines to ensure a consistently high quality of the tender documents
- Communication : Advising and supporting our customers and sales teams throughout the entire tender process and internal interface management
Your success factors
- Completed apprenticeship in business administration or comparable qualification
- Initial experience in tender management desirable
- You have a careful and conscientious approach to your work
- Your analytical and communication skills set you apart
- Very good German language skills (C2 level)
