Job description
- You take telephone calls and forward all relevant information by e-mail to the relevant departments
- You ensure a smooth process by carefully checking and booking customer orders
- Recording the current delivery call-offs in the system is a matter of course for you
- You coordinate with production to clarify delivery dates, if agreed items are not in stock
- You send the order confirmations promptly and keep an eye on all deadlines
- The tracking of delivery dates is in your hands and helps avoid delays
- You demonstrate organisational strength by calculating and processing deliveries to customers
- You send the required RoHS and REACH documents to customers by email
- You are responsible for preparing long-term supplier declarations
- You proactively and proactively approach existing customers from the back office, focus on business success and put reports into the CRM
- You are also flexible and helpful in supporting your field sales colleagues (m/f/d)
- With your general customer correspondence - whether by e-mail, telephone or TEAMS calls - you are convincing in German and English
Requirements
- You have successfully completed your commercial training
- With your good written and spoken English skills, you communicate confidently
- You are already familiar with SAP and will later switch to Business Central
- Ideally, you have experience in sales, However, this is not a requirement
- Your ability to work in a team enables you to work together constructively
- Your hands-on mentality is particularly evident in challenging situations
- You impress with your strong teamwork and communication skills in daily interactions
