In dieser Rolle koordinieren und optimieren Sie logistische Distributions- und Materialflussprozesse zwischen Hub und Produktion und unterstützen die kontinuierliche Verbesserung im operativen Umfeld.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Entwicklung und Umsetzung optimierter Distributions- und Materialflusslösungen

• Koordination und Überwachung logistischer Aktivitäten im Produktionsumfeld

• Analyse von KPIs zur Verbesserung des Materialflusses bis zum Point of Use

• Eskalation und Bearbeitung von Störungen mit Einfluss auf Logistik oder Produktion

• Einleitung von Korrektur- und Präventivmaßnahmen zur Leistungssteigerung

• Unterstützung der Produktion durch Beratung und Schulung zu Materialflüssen

Ihr Profil

• Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation im technischen oder logistischen Bereich

• Erfahrung in Supply Chain, Distribution oder Produktionslogistik von Vorteil

• Sicherer Umgang mit SAP und digitalen Tools im Logistikumfeld

• Strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise mit hoher Ergebnisorientierung

• Kommunikationsstärke im Austausch mit verschiedenen Schnittstellen

• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gutes Englisch

In this role, you coordinate and optimize distribution and material flow processes between logistics hubs and production areas, supporting continuous operational improvement.

Your tasks

• Developing and implementing optimized distribution and material flow solutions

• Coordinating and monitoring logistics activities in the production environment

• Analyzing KPIs to improve flows up to the point of use

• Escalating and resolving disruptions impacting logistics or production

• Initiating corrective and preventive actions to ensure performance improvement

• Supporting production teams through guidance and training on material flows

Your profile

• Degree or comparable qualification in engineering, logistics or supply chain

• Experience in production logistics, distribution or supply chain is an advantage

• Confident use of SAP and relevant logistics IT tools

• Structured, independent and results-driven working style

• Strong communication skills across multiple interfaces

• Very good German and good English skills
