We are looking for an IT service manager / all-round system administrator to join our General IT team at the Vollers Group, headquartered in Bremen, as soon as possible.
From coffee to cocoa, tea to metal – as an experienced logistics company, we use digital technologies to transport and store our customers' goods and raw materials at twelve locations in eight European countries. Responsibility, professionalism, and independence are always at the heart of our services. We reliably handle our customers' goods, transport, clear customs, store, or refine them, and deliver them back on time. Our digital products in the form of software solutions complement and expand the range of services we offer our customers. From online platforms and web customer portals to interface technology: digitalization is a top priority both internally and externally and is being driven forward on a daily basis.
Your tasks
- Support for the central administration of the hybrid Microsoft environment
- Administration of the application and network landscape
- Development and implementation monitoring of security guidelines for the group of companies
- Service desk support and troubleshooting for domestic and foreign companies of the Vollers Group
- Support in the procurement and configuration of laptop workstations, network components, and (mobile) phones for domestic/foreign locations via Microsoft Intune
Support for the following main projects:
- Administration and governance of M365 and file systems
- Expansion of standardization of locations within the group
- Expansion and further development of the cloud environment
- Expansion of IT security

Technical support for digitization projects
Your profile
- Training as an IT specialist and/or degree in computer science or comparable training
- Several years of professional experience in the IT sector
- In-depth knowledge of hybrid Microsoft administration or network administration
- Ideally, experience with Microsoft Azure or FortiNet
- High degree of initiative and ability to work independently
- Strong service mentality
- Analytical thinking and affinity for technical tasks
- Willingness to travel internationally on occasion
- Confident command of written and spoken English
- Basic command of written and spoken German
