Systems Engineer (m/f/d) - Radar Technology
Your Tasks
- Design and simulation of radar instruments and preparation of instrument and subsystem specifications
- Providing independent technical assessments to both project level and customer system level and subsystem reviews
- Acting as technical manager (m/f/d) for planning, initiating and supervising procurement contracts with radar equipment supplier for the development
- Providing specialist support to satellite projects for subsystem level construction, integration and testing
- Contribute to planning, coordination, control of subsystem verification activities
- Preparation of presentation materials and reports to project management
Your Qualifications
- University degree in telecommunications engineering, electrical engineering or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience, preferably in space industry
- In-depth knowledge of radar systems and understanding of signal processing concepts
- Excellent conceptual and problem solving skills
- Well developed team working and communication / negotiation skills
- Fluency in spoken and written German and English
