Job description
- You will be responsible for full HR support as well as the independent implementation of payroll accounting for three different companies from entry to exit
- In addition, you will be responsible for processing and controlling all payroll accounting in strict compliance with current tax and social security regulations, social security and labour law aspects
- In addition, you will be responsible for the preparation of salary-related certificates and the monthly preparation of the personnel cost report as well as the conscientious control of all relevant personnel accounts

Requirements
- You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship as an office management assistant (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or alternatively as a tax clerk (m/f/d)
- In addition, you have sound professional experience in payroll accounting and ideally already have in-depth user knowledge of the DATEV Lodas and ATOSS software
- You have a sound knowledge of the common MS Office applications, especially Excel, Excel and make it easier for you to create complex reports
- You have German language skills at native speaker level as well as good written and spoken English skills for communication within the internationally operating group of companies
- Furthermore, you bring a high degree of discretion and absolute trustworthiness in dealing with sensitive personnel data as well as a structured way of working
